I work for an agency. Do you have a solution for me?

Do I need to share my Webflow login credentials?

No, we'll never ask for your Webflow credentials. By default we build all projects in our own Webflow Account, and transfer it to your personal account when finished.

If you already have project in your account with active hosting, please reach out to learn how we can help.

Can I use my own images in the designs?

Yes. If you have any specific images (like a logo or product photos) that need to be included with your web page design, please submit them to our team with your brief.

Unless you request otherwise, our designers may also use stock images (purchased from a third party) in your design. If a designer uses stock art in a design, they’ll tell you the origin. Once you choose the preferred design, we'll transfer all the assets to you.

Can we cancel our subscription?

Yes. However, due to the nature of the digital goods & services being delivered/ transferred, we cannot offer a refund.

Who owns the copyright for the assets and when? Can I use these assets for other projects that I have?

Sure! Every digital good that we transfer to you is 100% yours and you can use it as you see fit. You become the owner of the copyright of your winning website design and stellar development.

Can I protect my designs with an NDA?

Sure! All of our clients benefit from 100% confidentiality and, if you prefer, you can also upload your own NDA. Please mention this on the onboarding process.

How long does it take to complete a website?

For 90% of projects, we expect to finish in 3-6 weeks.The accuracy of this time estimate relies heavily on the speed of your replies to any questions we have. We will ask a lot of questions about project goals, audience, budget, timeline.

Do you work with small businesses as well?

Yes, we partner with businesses of all sizes and offer special discounts to small businesses or startups. Please email us at hello@lazycats.ro for enquiries.
We provide free information and advice, including but not limited to email, software and business advice.

Do you offer maintenance or updates as well?

Yes. On request, we can update the site for you with all of your assets and keep it in top-notch condition. Also, we offer on-going SEO services. Let us know of the services you need.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Due to the premium nature of our service and the monetary value of each design or service delivered, we do not offer any form of a money-back guarantee. However, if you're unsatisfied with our service, please contact us and we'll do what we can to make things right. Refunds, however, are never guaranteed.

In the Premium plan, for how many brands can I request designs & development?

Unlimited, of course! Lazy Cats doesn't limit you in any way, whether you have 1 brand or 50. You're free to request wireframes, designs and development for any number of brands.
